Welcome to the 2017 SE WI Youth Art Month portion of the State Closing Reception. The final awards ceremony was held at the Capitol Building in Madison WI on March 31. This was a fantastic way to celebrate the final day of a fantastic month long celebration of the Youth in the Visual Arts.
