#Midweek #Week7 in the #ArtStudio – #ARTWORK to DO!

What a week it has been. Google testing, HUGE ARTWORKS in Advanced Drawing – Faces in Drawing – AI – new works in Stained Glass… and the list goes on! I am happy to say this has been a great week so far and I am thrilled with the journey that the artists have been on. They are not all smooth trips – but the paths are interesting to say the least.

Hello to my Stained Glass and Computer Illustration and Drawing Classes – PLAY!

“Time is an Essential Element in All Media. Time reveals itself in two critical ways: the unfolding of the form and the experience of the viewer. Real-time duration implies a narrative structure or linear path, even if abstract, and delivers information and experience in measured units (film, performance, and video). In those cases, the viewer becomes a passive receiver. Recorded media, video, film, L.E.D. word displays, and computer simulations allow for the manipulation of time and the creation of temporal illusion. Time is a dimension.” 10 Kit White 101 Things to Learn in Art School Kit White © 2011 Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Kit White

  • Thursday we are working on the LARGE drawings and refinement of that drawing. What do you think about the colors, patterns, movement in the work you have in front of you
  • Wednesday: What were the biggest challenges you faced in the design? Look things over and define a corner or a shape that you feel will be a big challenge – perhaps something that needs revision tomorrow.
  • Thursday: Look back and find one area that you are going to have to work VERY hard on to be successful. What are you going to have to do to make it work?
