51: Learn the basic principles of color. There are three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow. They are the building blocks of all other colors. The secondary colors are violet (blue and red), green (blue and yellow), and orange (red and yellow). They are composed by the equal mixture of two primaries. Please grab hold of a PORTRAIT from the pile in the classroom. FOLD is a few times and overlap a bit of it. Choose a PORTION of it using the VIEWFINDERS (look at the new angles and values) and then draw it out to the best of your ability. USe NEW COLORS with the colored pencils and drawing pencils to get it started. Draw out the FORMAT BOX in your sketchbook. The ideas are all up to you.
