How have you been evaluating the work you have been completing in the 2 point perspective drawing? What is the strongest part of your drawing? What is the THEME that ties into YOUR CULTURE? How do we see this in the drawing?
Requirements for Cityscape Drawing:
What is the THEME to your city? Who are you and how do we read about your interests by looking at the city?
- 5 Buildings: 1 skyscraper, 1 Frank Gehry inspired
- Doors and windows showing the inside of them on at LEAST 2 buildings.
- Sidewalk with squares that recede properly
- Stairs – at least 3 steps if not more.
- Pitched roof on 1 of the buildings – MUST have an overhang.
- Street Signs (Stop, Yield, Kangaroo Crossing… things like that).
- Signs on the Buildings (what kind of stores do you have?)
- Light posts, telephone posts, things like that.
- Means of transportation (does it HAVE to be a car?)
- Inhabitants (do they have to be PEOPLE?)
- Ellipses
- Cantilevers

What is it you needed to accomplish today to meet the requirement of having your work ready for the due date next Monday? How much personal effort have you honestly put into your work while Mr. Korb has been gone – no out loud answers – but make sure you reflect on your evaluations / goal sheet.
