Monday – June 4, 2012 – Last Day of the Semester

Art Foundations 2D, AP Studio Art, and Drawing:

Goals: The use of the goal sheets this year has been so you were able to be more focused on the national standards and the learning goals our curriculum was developed to teach you. While some of you chose to participate fully and some chose to be partially involved, and still others… (well… I won’t go there) the exposure to the goals has proven to me, through your conversations and artworks, that success has been shown and learned objectives have been experienced. Congratulations.

Goals for today:

  1. Review, study, and prepare for the final exam!
  2. Clean the room!

Turn to the last page of the handbook, or the handout I have given. Please fill it out regarding your past quarter in class. I will be reviewing this information to help me prepare for next year and, more importantly, reflect on this year! Thanks.

If you are NOT going to keep your binders, please place them in the box in the front of the classroom. Please leave all the goals pages in the binder (unless you have need for them to study or prepare with – Drawing class mainly, AP Studio also… maybe Art Foundations). I would like to have a few examples of HIGH quality, MEDIUM quality, and LOW quality goal sheets and logs.

Mr. Korb
